The app is good. Love the downtime where we can turn off the internet. However, please a suggestion. The downtime should be able to have more than one schedule. Or allow the device to be added to more than one profile. I would like to add different downtimes for the weekend, and it seems I am not able to…?

The app is useful for certain things but it’s really basic in a sense that it doesn’t even recognize the devices by their names. For instance, if a games console( ps4) connects to the Wi-Fi it lists it and everything else as unknown device so I don’t know which device to pause when I need to. I’ve used other internet companies and their apps were able to do that along with many other things. Also if someone connects to your internet with AT&T if you happen to be able to recognize which device it was you can’t remove the device you can only pause it. The Wi-Fi is already not that good and to have to deal with this app makes it worse. I’m only with AT&T right now because that’s all that’s available in my area. Smh

It says In up and running when nothing is. It isn’t reliable for number of devices, and a chunk of the time the automated customer service isn’t even available. When it is it’s largely useless. This isn’t a good app.

The app is malfunctioning and saying my wifi is offline. This is apparently a known issue. ATT says they are fixing it, but so far-nothing.

When first switched to AT&T Fiber for internet, I was instructed to download this app to my phone. It worked beautifully. A few weeks later I switched my mobile service to AT&T as well. Then I had a bright idea to put all of my services in one site. Since then I have not been able to get this app on my phone. When I pull up the app it gives me an error message to check ID, but it does not give me a place to do that. Oddly enough I can get it on my iPad. I don’t know if this is an isolated instance, so I thought I would report it.

I have been in pursuit of one goal for the last 12 months. Securing a new 1GB router from AT&T. It took 10 months just to get an up to date router here in TX… Evidently AT&T allows multiple hacked versions of this app. I have seen several versions myself… Even though I accepted the terms of the app and only have one copy on my network… My device names, group settings, passwords, & groups are still available to anyone. Unauthorized modifications including opening the game ports just magically appear. The password is conveniently displayed and can even be “shared” with anyone with a copy of the app. I have to question the wisdom if this if security is desired. Attempts to get local help always results in a transfer to Direct TV even though I use U-Verse. Perhaps it is bugs, bad designs, or simply local “support”. Perhaps my only alternative is to find a new ISP. Speed without security is a very poor trade off indeed!

This is a good app when it’s working. The problem is, it usually isn’t. Got another error code and couldn’t sign with the same user name and password for the last 5 years. Suddenly it doesn’t recognize it, but the website does. If it’s not that, it a “Temporary system error” which isn’t really temporary.
