Was told I had to use this app to change my wifi network name & password. Downloaded it on 1/16/21 and it’s never worked. Keep getting error message that changes can’t be saved & to try again later. Called ATT support & was told that the app is down basically through the center of the country (top to bottom, I’m in TX). Wasn’t given any ETA on resolution. Was told to try again Sunday - same issue. Tried again late on 1/18, no dice.

I love that I can do everything from my phone or computer. I just log on and I can disconnect any devices I don’t want connected, I can troubleshoot if my internet is running slow, I can walk through my house and in real time it will tell me what signal each location has, and so much more! All without having to call anyone or hassle with tech support.

I’m starting to think ATT is incapable of producing anything of quality. This app is so beyond bad it’s incredible. How a gigantic monopolist company with all the money in the world can put out something this clunky and bad is baffling.

I get alerts when a divide is connected and I have the ability to control my devices from my app. The app is very convenient to use.
