App really basic – Smart Home Manager Review

The app is useful for certain things but it’s really basic in a sense that it doesn’t even recognize the devices by their names. For instance, if a games console( ps4) connects to the Wi-Fi it lists it and everything else as unknown device so I don’t know which device to pause when I need to. I’ve used other internet companies and their apps were able to do that along with many other things. Also if someone connects to your internet with AT&T if you happen to be able to recognize which device it was you can’t remove the device you can only pause it. The Wi-Fi is already not that good and to have to deal with this app makes it worse. I’m only with AT&T right now because that’s all that’s available in my area. Smh
