Having trouble – Smart Home Manager Review
When first switched to AT&T Fiber for internet, I was instructed to download this app to my phone. It worked beautifully. A few weeks later I switched my mobile service to AT&T as well. Then I had a bright idea to put all of my services in one site. Since then I have not been able to get this app on my phone. When I pull up the app it gives me an error message to check ID, but it does not give me a place to do that. Oddly enough I can get it on my iPad. I don’t know if this is an isolated instance, so I thought I would report it.
