Every time I open the app I get an error message. Deleted and reinstalled……same issue. It worked fine for a few months ??♂️The Fiber 300 is wonderful………1-15-22 thank you for contacting me but still have the issue. CODE 205.7

It worked few months back and was great. About month ago it started to tell me that my gateway is off line while my internet is working perfectly and on line. This app is useless right now.

It sure would be amazing if you guys fixed this WiFi gateway offline issue. My gateway is plugged in. I have reset it many times and unplugged it, waited over 30 seconds then plugged it back in and I have had one of your technicians come to the house. The response I got was that it’s a problem with your system and won’t get fixed until enough people have an issue with it. Here is my issue…. I do not have unlimited data but I do have 4 kids that think they have unlimited data and the only way that I can prevent data overage charges is to restrict their access to the gateway but I cannot do that until this gateway offline problem is fixed. Hopefully you guys are willing to eat data overage charges until this is fixed otherwise ill be looking for a new provider that has a fully functioning system.

I received a notification from this app on my phone that a new device had joined my network. The unknown device was undoubtedly from a hacker and I immediately blocked it using the capabilities of this app. I am so grateful for this app.

This app is so bad that I now open it up just to see what will go wrong. The virtual assistant is 100% useless. I changed my password and it took a week for it to take effect. I can go on but I would not encourage the use of this app if you are having any type of service issue.

It never logs out of the app. Doesn’t matter if u logout as soon as u tap the app it automatically logs back in and my child gets into the app and changes stuff. No point in this app if ur kid can get into it that easily.

Seems I have security issues. Does the smart app not have password encryption? If you go to the website you have the choice…I was given several phone numbers for att&t. 1800-331-0500 said they could change the password but not the access point…It’s still the same…

Easy to use, however it's way to basic. No way to disconnect devices from internet, only pause. Hard to tell what device is what because for some reason this app can not Identify like hardly any device correctly. My IPhone11 wasn't even recognized. You click to see the details and the device was "phone" but manufacturer was "unknown". Oh come on guys, it's Apple. Its a legit Apple iPhone. All the previous internet apps Ive had had no issue identifying every/any type of device that connected to the internet. I could also delete devices that connected to my internet. This app only allows you to pause or block. Pretty much a useless app.
