NOT AN APP it’s a CRAPP!

Don’t load it! It will screw you up and ATT does not know how to fix or support it. You have been Warned!

Changed so many setting

CiscoJimenez

I used to be able to pause devices that would not be in use that features has been taken away. And why is it so hard to reset the router in trying to kick off old devices that are no longer in use but still in the memory can we make this a feature?

Dumb app at best !!

Shaggy1007

This app should be named DUMB app. Nothing smart about it. Can’t even sign in after ID change. “We can’t find a match for this id, try signing in with another id. Care code 205.7” with no option to sign in with another id. What a joke “care code?” really? Have uninstalled, reinstalled app many times with no luck. AT&T should ask another technology company for help designing their systems.

I like the app and where it is but lots of bugs ? ?

Zbart97

I love that I can manage my family’s internet time and usage through the app, but the bugs are frustrating. For example I now have had more than a few nights I wanted to change the Internet limits for my son or our TV and No matter what I do it won’t log in. ?. Then I can’t use that item at all! Also, why can’t the app remember my login credentials anymore. I have to login with username and password all the time now. I guess what I am saying is great start but ATT still has a way to go on this app. I wish they would make it more like Disney Circle. I do love that I can see just how much Internet each device is using. I found out one of my old smart power plugs went nuts and was using over a 1 Gb of data a day! A smart power plug ?. Yeah that got trashed. I would recommend. Just hoping they make it better soon.

Easy for everyone

theawesomehobo

AT&T did a very good job of making the user interface in this app very easy for even non-tech wizards to be able to have more freedom customizing their home networks! Also contains an array helpful tools when things aren’t working correctly. I think this is a good app for all customers to have!

Unreliable app!

dikesh.com

This app isn’t reliable at all. My son’s iPad and iMac can’t be found in the device list consistently. Sometimes it shows in the list and other time disappeared even in previously connected list. I tried resetting the router and restarting, restarting the app etc. Didn’t helped at all. Basically this app is crap!! Never worked as its supposed to or claimed by AT&T. Very disappointed!

Good, but landscape missing on iOS

zdk$56

I have no issues with the app. It works well, but I have a gripe when using the app on my 12.9 iPad. Why doesn’t this app support landscape mode? I have a keyboard attached to my iPad and it is frustrating to have to pick-up my iPad and key pad to turn it to portrait mode. I would have given 5 stars, but not supporting landscape doesn’t make any sense. I will lower to 3 stars if this is not corrected in the next update.

Freezes up and shuts down anytime I want to create or edit a profile

Username created

Had this app for a while and it’s ok enough. But when I wanted to add a downtime schedule or new devices to existing profiles, it just freezes up the app and eventually crashes. I tried to create a new profile and it does the same. App is up to date as is my iOS so unsure what the issue is.
