I’m pleased with the app, not too hard to use. And you can actually do a lot of cool things with your wifi! If you get at&t for your internet then this app is needed anyway, glad it’s good.

It is nice to be able to see everything currently connected to wifi at home from anywhere. From pet and door cams to satellite receivers to anyone not authorized who may have accessed your wifi. Initial setup of ATT self install wifi was a four hour nightmare, but my issues may very well have been a fluke, we really do not know. But, after finally getting a live person on the phone at almost midnight, by 1:20am the system was up and running and all is good. Maybe the app can add convenient features later such as access to cams from the app or maybe just surprise us with some cool stuff. I am satisfied though all in all.

This is really nice app and must have app. I love being able to pause internet access to specific devices for specific duration. Can I get feature to resume/grant internet access for a specific device for specific duration?

This application and the ability it has to handle everything on my phone for my network has made my home network management so much easier...within the first 5 minutes alone. Everyone with AT&T internet services needs this app! ***** stars without a doubt.
Not receiving alerts for new device

As soon as I downloaded I was receiving notifications for new devices, I’ve added more devices and never received notifications. Is not giving me accurate information and is not safe to control your internet network

This is my first experience with the Home Management app. I’m enjoying it because I can set limits on devices.
Poorly Designed App - Useless Chatbot

Bring back access to SmartHome Classic. This prior version sucked yet the new version is even worse. Everything is conversational with a lot of explanation that I do not want. Bring back menus. The Chatbot is useless and irritating as it never answers anything except a mindless question. ATT may have fast internet yet their execution of everything else is AWFUL including the throttling of the gateway pass through configuration using bad firmware updates.
