A Year of No Plus on App

I’m unsure why this is so difficult, but the app will never, ever, no matter the updates or loading or whatever, recognize my Slate Plus membership. The podcast app does this effortlessly so why can’t the Slate app itself manage this? Being that I don’t haul my desktop around to read articles and rely on mobile accessibility, it is really quite the disincentive to continue with Slate Plus to not have it ever work on the mobile app.

Great!!!.
I am a slate plus member and a big part of the value is reading not only the articles but the comments from the user community. the app currently doesn’t allow you to see comments, and the primary way i interact with slate is through the app. I’ll be cancelling slate plus if this is not fixed soon, it’s not worth it anymore. :(

Slate says it doesn’t charge because it gets revenue from advertising, however I was ask to pay after a few minutes in the app. Deleting from my devices. Thank you

I am a paid subscriber and the app does not open. I deleted it, downloaded it again and still will not open. I am going to have to delete my subscription. Alberto

I’m a Slate Plus member and still can’t get to the articles most of the time. I have to re-sign in every time and when that doesn’t work (which is about half the time) the app freezes and all I can do is try again the next day…
Love the content but the app is too glitchy

I am and will continue my subscription due to the content that I love but the app is truly insufferable and very glitchy

Comments section not functional. It’s a known problem and help folk just direct you to the website apparently instead of fixing the problem.
