Don’t try unless ready to pay

You can’t just try the app, you need to start an account with them as soon as you open the app and to add devices you choose a plan depending on how many devices you need. Plans start at $1.99 a month or a $20 yearly payment. Very disappointed you can’t just try the app without all that for at least 1 device to try it out
Pay monthly for a remote control...

The Roomie app was great. You could just purchase what you need and that's it. They discontinued the Roomie app, just to charge you again, but now monthly!!! I bought another app and had to make my whole configuration again, but at least I am not paying a subscription to use a remote control!!!
5.0 still feels like beta

The new design is pretty terrible. Seems it’s still in beta. Not intuitive at all.

Dealing with issues for over a month. Technical support = on par with Comcast App = when it works it works - not often Upgrades = spent money to fix issues with previous versions which are claimed in the updates and I am still having problems with them.
