I’m a delivery customer. Why is it just because I can’t see the shopper they think I deserve the poorest quality you can offer? I’m a shut in and now I’m out of pop so I have to wait because you couldn’t fit me in to your precious schedule. I used to love Safeway and the quality and customer service. Boy, have you gone downhill.

I use the app every time I shop at Safeway, I have an iPhone and keep the app updated but in 2020 the “ clipped deals” stopped working. Only a few would apply or it would take the wrong amount off the price, the people working there always seem dumbfounded and try to blame me (of course) yet one lady stated there has been an ongoing issue with everyone…gee thanks for telling everyone Safeway.
Very Slow process for adding items

Recently this app seems to be running very slow. Adding items to my List for deals takes a very long time.
Please optimize for iPad

This app isn’t optimized for iPad, so I can’t easily use it when my iPad is on the stand with integrated keyboard (which has iPad in landscape position.) This app only shows up on iPad in portrait, as though it is optimized for phones. It doesn’t switch to landscape. Your other app works just fine on iPad, it shows in landscape mode, but when I use the other one I keep getting a message that it is the old one and I should come to use this one. Please optimize this one for iPads. Thanks

Would be nice to see if a product is in stock at my home store. Also would be helpful to know where a product is located in the store( for example hot sauce in aisle 10) like I have seen in many other grocery store apps. Also the need to sync the app before checkout after adding the product in store with a digital coupon is cumbersome.

I loaded all my coupons, spent over 150 to make sure I got my gas rewards and it never properly loaded 1/5/22 Guess what?! Happened again!!!! This app is horrible
