It was convenient and everything I ordered came quickly. My only complaint is that the cilantro and Parsley were rotting in the middle and they were crushed in the bottom of the bag
Please Fix Your Delivery Service

Or don’t offer it!! I have had several moldy or missing items delivered (or not delivered). The web ordering interface is broken. Tried contacting customer service but there is ZERO response. No way to reach anyone who can do anything about fixing problems! Reported you guys to the BBB and am looking into reporting you to any other government agencies that will investigate what I believe, at this point, is a criminally negligent way to run a corporation.

Bad experience. I ordered groceries to be delivered between 4 and 8 pm. No delivery, no call but the charge sure came through. Was told when I finally got ahold of someone was that my address was not in their delivery area. Downtown Seattle is not in their delivery area. Safeway trucks all over downtown, but m apt building is not in their area. I’m still waiting for my credit.

Very easy to use this app. I live out of town and it’s hard for me to drive 10 to 15 mins into town to get food, so this is so helpful for me and my family.

I’m not the biggest fan of going shopping, even grocery shopping. This app makes it simple, easy and saves a ton of time. I also like it because it helps me save money, I use the other Safeway app to clip my coupons and rewards, and then choose the items in this app and they’re automatically applied.
