Going backwards

I'm so tired ?

I can no longer pull up a barcode for the cashier to scan rather than entering my phone number. You took away an opportunity for contactless checkout during a pandemic. Not happy.

I usually love the Target App but I wanted to place an order this morning and the app won’t proceed from the entry of an item in the search bar. I guess I’ll order elsewhere.

This is great in that it saves you money and not great in that it glitches out all the time and 20% of the time doesn’t work properly or scan products.

New homepage sees the app from a 5 to a 3. Please don’t “fix” things that are not broken. Actually made it harder for me to find the search functionality. Would be nice if you would rollback. If you keep it please do some user testing, navigation is very confusing now.

I’ve had to remove the app and redownload it because it gives an error. I can’t sign up after I put in all my information it says “having technical difficulties at the moment.” I tried again a few days later and the same thing. It’s pointless because you have to sign up in order to get the digital deals.

The Best Store in Town

I have shopped at Safeway with my Mom since I was a child and now as I am in my 60’s I can’t say enough about this store.There are several other grocery stores in Longview/Kelso Washington, but none of them have employee’s as helpful and courteous as Safeway. Today as I was checking out my cashier had to rescan all my groceries to assist me in getting the items on sale that were down loaded on my cell phone. I found out that my check out phone number has been incorrect for sometime. Thanks to my cashier (didn’t get her name) as her name badge was under her jacket, I saved a bunch of money. She was absolutely a genuine lady about helping me. Not once did I feel a lack of helpfulness from her attitude. She also told me how I could call and update my phone app! Thank you for your kindness and helpful attitude. You made my day! Sue Thackery
