I could not believe that this app does not work enough for me to get all the items or a substitute. I put apple pie on my list but I didn’t get any type of pie. I also miss out on canne Vienna sausage I added to my shopping cart. OJ has the same expiration date on it as my last order. If I do use this Safeway app I want a personal shopper if it’s offered
New App doesn’t have landscape version

Unfortunately, this app is now unusable on my Ipad as it doesn’t seem to support landscape view. Now I’ll have to use the website in the browser instead. What was improved?
Please add a select all button.

I think it’s great folks have the option to pass up a deal. We are after all Ameri-cans. For folks like me that would like all the deals a select all deals button would be great.

Safeway Safeway Sunday
I have been a Safeway customer for many years. I never had a problem with the app until last week. When I tried to click on the Just for you app I received a message that there are no sales items at this time. There was a finger and an arrow with a message that said to pull down on the arrow as a retry. Nothing worked. I brought the problem to the manager and he tried a number of things on my phone. He gave me a number to call the Safeway Tech department. The gentleman that I spoke to also tried to help me, but gave up after a hour and told me my phone must be broke. My phone is fine, but he told me to take the Safeway app off and reinstall it. I tried that with no luck. I no longer have the app and can’t reinstall it. I guess I need to shop at Fry’s.

The checker gave me the discount anyhow, so 3 stars for that but it makes me unsure for the next time. Hope the company can work on syncing the app. Happy with the deals and the store for honoring, but everyone was confused as to why it’s not showing up.

needs big time tweaking to make it easier to use!! can’t get into it, the super weekly deals are very difficult to locate! Don’t even use it, but store can’t apply it , thinks we already used It?? Needs some help! My phone only allows speaking entry so can’t get into app cuz voice too difficult to pickup correctly! ??? rewards have not been showing up, discounts posted thruout store , like for pasta, etc. not showing at all on register receipt? Very Frustrating. Help!.

I love going to the Safeway store they carry a lot of food that our family of 7 really like, love the deli get Boars head lunch meat and get the rolls for sandwiches.
