Frustrated employee with this App, it sometimes works, and it sometimes doesn’t, I will admit that a associate did help me once, and then, the following month my discounts were gone again, talked with a associate, and I did what they said to do, got a new card to start over, thanks terry, but it still freakin doesn’t work, I changed my email, my password got a new card as a Elite Safeway employee this really irrates me so I’ll get my discounts At other stores, idk why it is such a problem irrated employee

The cashiers are awesome. I love all of them. I wish u would carry Everett and Jones barbecue sauce. You used to carry it and now I have to go somewhere else to find it. Thanks

I’d like to be able to search the whole store, not just “just for you deals” or “weekly add” or “my list. If I search the store for the items on my list then I can just click add to my list. Maybe the feature is there and I’ve just missed it. If so, can someone help me understand how to find and use the feature. Also, I’d like to formally request that the Lynden, WA store begin delivery or pick up services.
Safeway going downhill??

Our local store has been going downhill the past year . Really weird. I’ve shopped at Safeway for 30+years and always liked it but not much anymore. Don’t know what they have done? Shanked ownership?

I save money every time I shop. The app is easy to use, but my store wifi is consistently flaky, and stops, pauses, and drops out. This makes for an overall negative experience.
