Unhappy customer – RushCard Review

Every since Mr. Sims bailed out there is NO real support from the new company. The bank you have now stucks. Now every time you want to check your account on the app you have to have a code texted to you. ... not convenient at all. The service on the app is NO longer excellent. I use to rate a 10 out of 10, now I rate a 2 out of 10. Your customer service is excellent if you can reach them. I use to reach customer service right away. Now I have to call at least 6 to 8 times before I call reach a human being. Your app to often can’t be reached on week ends and late evening. Transferring money to another Rush Card customer takes 15 to 45 minutes and sometime you can’t transfer any money. Other banks take 2 minutes or less to transfer. What has happened Rush Card Company. You definitely need a more professional and modern tech bank. The bank you have now is in the “Stone Age”. Meet “The Flint Stones” age. Not pleased with Rush Card at all. Pleas make reaching a human being more convenient for your customers. Not happy with present make.
