Waste of time ?

I downloaded the root app in hopes to save money on my insurance policy and drove with this app for the standard amount of weeks. I believe 3-4, my driving score was an 8/10 and when I went to check it on the last day. The app was on a rainy screen saying they think I’d get better Insurance elsewhere ??♀️ no reason why and no breakdown of the overall driving period. Very upsetting! I think I would’ve been more understanding if the app explained why or even offered a quote to compare to my current provider but it doesn’t!

They advertise rates up to 50% cheaper. My rate, for the same coverage I have now was double what I’m paying. I have progressive, currently. My driving score was 8/10.

I have had different companies (such as Allstate, Progressive, Erie) and have not had such as good as experience with them as I have with Root. So easy to sign up and once you’re set, you basically keep your phone with you (GPS always on) and Root will then calculate your rate based on how you drive after a few weeks. I’m happy to say that my rate dropped switching to Root by $30 AND I RECEIVED BETTER COVERAGE! How is that possible!? I definitely recommend them and even if you don’t get the score you want or service with them, it doesn’t hurt to try it out!
Half the cost for twice the coverage!

I couldn’t believe it at first but I am a believer now I used to pay double for liability root gave me full coverage for half the price!!! Thank you root!!!!!!

Now this I will say , this company is great they saved me over 50 dollars on my monthly insurance. I am completely satisfied with their price and how they allowed you to choose only the type of coverage you need . I would recommend ROOT to anyone. I’ve been a client of root for 3 months and I have no complaints. I know this is a fairly new company that been said I really hope they don’t jump their prices as they continue to grow . Other then that Great Job Root ;) I have root insurance for 5 months now and it’s been good so far no complains . However I have yet to see a review of how they handle their claims . Has anyone actually filed a claim yet ? just wandering.

Perfect car insurance for me! Was spending a crazy amount on car insurance being 21 with no driving record! Then found root and I pay 1/4 of what I was paying before. Thank you, Root!
