Poor Customer Service – Rent the Runway (RTR) Review

The concept was great and I'd still be an unlimited member except for the terrible customer service. I was sent a clothing garment that was missing a piece. It wasn't a big deal and RTR offered to send me a different piece of my choice. I emailed back with my choice but was sent the wrong item. I emailed RTR three times over the next week asking what had happened but never received a response until I finally asked to just end my membership. All I wanted was some communication on how to proceed, and when paying so much $ every month I was disappointed that no one could be bothered to respond. They had been responsive until they had two screw ups in a row; at which point they refused to communicate with me despite how understanding I was.
