I am shocked at how easy this process was. They have the perfect filters that really allow you to hone in on the perfect attire, especially for a Libra as indecisive as me! That also brings me to the matching jewelry! I went from necklace to bracelet to earrings like Bing-Bang-Boom!! Let me also mention that it’s pretty amazing and actually a rare occasion when you can have another size sent along free of charge, just in case. That is extremely important for a curvy mama like me! The best part of it all, the pricing! I got a beautiful, elegant gown, necklace, bracelet, 2 pairs of earrings and hand bag, all for $170 because I also signed up for the annual subscription which is less than $30/yr!! That means free shipping and free insurance on all items. The only bad part of my experience was not having known about this sooner. Can’t wait to receive my package!!!

Seriously.... the only thing better than wearing designer clothing and feeling and looking like a million bucks is actually having a million bucks. So if you don’t have a million bucks to buy all the wonderful chic and couture clothing RTR has to offer, what better way to put it in your existence than by renting it, wearing it, and claiming it?! I absolutely love RTR. I hope they never change a thing, unless it makes the process better, and honestly, I don’t know how they could even do that. ❤️❤️❤️

For someone who has to attend endless events all year long- This is the best way to dress well without the abundance of over-prices gowns In her closet that can only be worn a couple of times. The customer service is so good. I have recommended it to sooooooo many people - and they report back how happy they are with RTR as well.

I love love love the unlimited plan! I love to wear new clothes but who has the budget for that every day! This is the perfect answer and of course it’s designer clothes no less! I had 14 pieces last month if you swap them out enough! It’s the best.

Was informed on Wednesday night that the dress I was expecting to wear on Saturday was no longer available because the person before me didn’t return it. Unacceptable.

I love RTR, so I love using the app for it, but one thing I find inefficient is that if you spiral into clicking on dress after dress, you have to hit the back button that many times to get back to the search bar. I do wish the search bar was accessible regardless of how many clicks you make. Another issue is that when you submit a review of your rental, it doesn’t recognize typos even if your autocorrect feature is turned on. Otherwise, love the app! It’s essentially the same as the site, except not as easy to navigate, and I hope that changes soon to be more effective and intuitive with its usage.
App is very frustrating

This review is specifically about the app and not the service. I like others who have posted here, continue to get "Login is currently unavailable" attempting to log into their app. I was able to rent from their website, which worked out well, but now my confirmation email tells me to track my shipment using the app. Unfortunately, it does not ever work. Very frustrating.
