Did not honor store credit

I have rented three times from rent the runway. I was unable to attend a function and ended up cancelling my first order and was given a store credit for the value of my order. I used a portion of the credit on my second order and had no issues at all. However, I recently tried to use my credit with a third order and rent the runway would not apply the unused $60 even though their return policy clearly states credits never expire. Sadly I will not rent again.

The filtering options could be better. As someone who wants to see everything that is non-dress or wedding attire the only way to filter I believe is by the Work edit or whatever titles are at the top. Also I wish they had a way to show all designers rather than type in search because the name has to match exactly or they won’t come up.

I have not had a bad rental yet and I have rented for several occasions, from black tie to a date night! And the best part is the return. So super easy!!!

I first tried a 4 day rental and was hooked! I have been an Unlimited Member for 4 months. Still get excited to see the black garment bag with my new rentals.

Too many unavoidable items

Sf store people are very friendly, but is annoying that lots of time items are actually unavailable. Think of the journey - you go to store, return, sign in, wait 30 mins, couldn’t find out which size of certain dress because is not ordered in size and some of them don’t even have size written on clothes, finally found the one you like and is not available! Now you have to go back to sing in again, try and pick items again, and wait another thirty mins for fitting room. Please put dress in size, please make sure dress all have size on top, please remove those that are not available, please don’t make people sign in and get back to line again when this situation happen! The review is tedious and even the forced one is just annoying. I was in a hurry to pick one or see what’s available or just need to check out my last shipment, I am in the middle of my task, and you forced me to review all of my items, multiple questions. Do you know your journey, “what job we are trying to get done”, “what problem we are trying to solve”, and design thinking? You don’t! If you do, you won’t force me to review while I am trying to get the job done! Also, even the regular review is incredibly hard. I was just want to share a nice photo to others! Don’t force me to do all the tedious work, you should already know my size, why asked me? Why I can’t select my items right after I ship it, just like Le Tote? The shipping takes forever. Even worse is that your app shows is not out of warehouse yet after one week I ordered, so I had to go to store to see if they can help me, and actually the item was already in store for days! Also, don’t force me to log in every time, you should have persistent sign in. Is annoying!
App keeps crashing

I love RTR and in the past have used the app to book and look at dresses. Recently though, I cannot get the app to open. It crashes as soon as I click on it. I have the most updated version. Any chance this will be fixed?
