I’ve had Ring Central since 2008-09. I used to have ATT and I will NEVER go back to a landline based system ever. I have the phone functionality of at Fortune 500 company and I only have 11 employees. It doesn’t happen overnight. I had to learn and experiment with all the functions I needed. Over time it will prove to be more than worth the investment.

Call xfer between desk phone and this app worked seamlessly. I was astonished, given quality of most other apps. Quality can often be better than common cell call.

40-50 people is not enough when sending mass texts. Why the limit on recipients? Seems a bit outdated. I do enjoy the ease of the app.

It’s pretty good app. It just needs to be accessible with voiceover for visually impaired users like myself.

Nags for reviews

Dersursine

This app nags you to review it and doesn’t make use of the new API to request such reviews. Once the nagging is fixed, I can consider fixing my rating and review.

I work remote. My calls go to my cell, first, per the setting in RC Phone. I answer my calls in my cells’ phone app, not in the RC app. Why don’t my internal calls flow to the RC app installed on my phone?

Need Unread Filter in Messages

I would like to easily be able to see just unread/unaddressed messages in the list. Is there any update on this feature?
