App needs work

I’ve used this app for a couple of years and its great. Except for the last 2 purchases I’ve attempted with Apple Pay. The transaction doesn’t go through, but they manage to charge my card. Have gotten refunds without an issue, but not a good experience.

Used to be good

It’s sad. This app used to be so good. I’ve been using it for almost three years. But I’m not able to add any cards to my cart anymore recently.

Not good customer service. Use another site.

The first purchase I made was because I saw a promo code for a gift card. However after choosing all the cards to make the promo code useful (you had to spend $100) I forgot to put the promo code in. I emailed them for a refund immediately but they wouldn’t work with me at all. I won’t buy from them again.

Great app for saving money

I was using another app for discount gift cards and I used it all the time. That app made some changes which made it unusable and I have been searching for another app to take its place. This app works great. I get my gift cards immediately. It took a little bit of my time to get my account set up but now that I have it going it’s super easy to use.

Selling review

2 stars so the developers see this! Overall Raise platform deserves 3.8 stars. I have sold 4 gift cards already, and purchased 1 and so far so good the app is ‘OK’ The platform is very good because help people to interact and sell their unwanted gift cards for a reasonable amount. I don’t like the fact that the app on iOS doesn’t give you the same options that on the actual website, So to manage your listing you will be redirected from the app to the website on safari.

Sending.

I love raise, I use it all the time any chance I get but I would love to see the option to send a gift card to someone also. As of right now, it forces me to share with someone outside the app. I would like to see it added to the menu button next to the gift card in the “my cards” section. If it had this feature, I would give it 5 stars.

Total trash app

Tots garbage app. Hire real developers. Keeps saying the card is no longer available. Goodbye garbage raise.

Cards shown don't actually exist

I have just spend more time than I'd like to admit attempting to purchase a iTunes gift card. I selected one, it said it was reserved for about 5 minutes, but I immediately went into my cart to purchase and it stated the card in my cart was no longer available. So what is the reason for the pop up that states the card is reserved for 5 minutes? So I went back into the shopping card deleted the card and searched for another, and yes the original card was no longer available, so I selected another and went to purchase it. Again, same message. Sadly, I did this enough times it felt like the movie Groundhogs Day. So, the reserved notification is apparently a joke and it's not truly reserving anything or the cards I'm putting in my cart are actually not available for purchase and this system is truly flawed.

Horrible company

Went into babies r us-while I was there I bought a gift card. The cashier when I showed it to her on my phone entered it 10x and said it was invalid. Called you guys and then I get told to print it out and show them and some how it will magically change! How do I print out when I bought it at the store? She then proceeded to say you won't issue a refund. I will NEVER EVER use Raise again. Bought a bunch of gift cards before and now I will never again. Horrible company. To add at least half the cards I bought on raise NEVER worked
