Don't download the updated version!!! What is going on? I want my old app back!

Downloaded the updated version and all of my gift cards are showing up that were previously deleted, incorrect balances, the cards are magnified, my favorite vendors are showing up three times in random order, you have to use your password to login every time you open the app and last but not least it crashes on me! I've done all the steps in shutting down my phone for a clean boot, uninstall and reinstall the app and still it crashes...now I won't hear back till 2-3 business days which means 5 days from now cause the issue fell on a Friday. Could this get any worst!
Less Capable Search

Older versions had better search capability. For example, the new version doesn't support searching all brands by card value, highest percent off, etc. Only options in the latest version are searching by a specific name or a pre-populated list created by Raise.
Very hard to navigate

Often app will take you to a dead-end page where you can't go forward or backward to previous page. When selling a gift card, app redirects you to mobile website that has serious issues. Best bet at this point is to continue using their desktop website.
Love the company, hate the new App design

The company is great, but I hate, hate, hate the new app layout. I have no idea why multiple cards from the same company are no longer grouped together, but it's a major flaw in the new design. Now all cards are just listed in order of purchase. It's so much easier when cards from the same company are sorted together. Thumbs way down. The app has gone from great to mediocre in a flash. Update: New versions have not made much improvement. Now I cannot update the balances of gift cards. The new amount will not save. The new version needs ALOT of work. Update 2: While the app continues to slowly improve, it is still clunky and slow, and in my opinion, the biggest drawback is that you can no longer search and sort the entire catalog by percentage off or category. You basically have to know exactly what you are looking for, whereas before you could explore all cards at once. I wonder if certain companies are now paying to be included in certain categories which had made it worse on the end users. Bottom line is that the app is still way behind the original version. These updates were done with a purpose in mind, but the customer was certainly not it.

Unable to log in to the app

I don't like writing reviews but I have been unsuccessful for over 2 months with being able to log into the app. I successfully delete the application and reinstall. I continue to get a blank white screen which freezes either my ipad and/or Iphone. I have numerous times called and continue to get the same can answer. We will pass it on the engineer and they will get to fixing it. I continue to be told that I can go on my login information on the computer and look at every order to find the gift card. Who wants to do that??? PLEASE FIX MY PROBLEM!!!! MAGICHOMES

Once a good app and a easy way to save money. However since they updated the app it doesn't readily show the difference between physical gift cards and the electric ones and so you order and you can't use that day in the store. Then even though you call and wait on hold they can't cancel the order even though you haven't received am email confirming that yet. Crooks steer clear there are other gift card places

Don't use this app. I tried using it to save money on a $200 purchase, but the cards I purchased weren't valid and couldn't be used by the store. I emailed the app's customer support for their "money back guarantee" only for them to email me back saying they wouldn't refund my money. Instead of getting the 10% discount I thought I would get by using the gift cards sold on this app, I ended up paying $400 for $200 worth of goods.
Worst app update ever!

This app went from being a quality app that I told all my friends about to a hard to search option deprived mess. Slow and terrible graphics and organization of the wallet. Have not purchased a card from them since the change.
