The new interface is horrible

I am not sure where to start but I absolutely loved the previous versions of the app, but this new one is way too clunky. 1. The way that cards are shown makes it very difficult to determine which card is which. I have a lot of cards stored on here and it is really difficult to find the one I want. 2. The graphics load very slow for each card so I have to wait several seconds for the images to load before I can look for my card. 3. The app is really buggy. From looking up a new card where sometimes it won't let you click on the link to the cards you are searching for, to the wheel of loading time, where it sits loading and loading until I kill the app. 4. I liked that I could easily find the card I was looking for by % or value and now it seems like the graphics are much slower to scroll and you can only see a few cards at the same time (due to the increase in font size). 5. I really hated that it forgot the balance that I changed on my cards and when the new app loaded it put back the starting balance on many of my cards. Now I had to figure out which cards have money and which don't. I loved promoting raise to all my friends now I tell them to wait till Raise fixes their app. It is the worst!!! Rant over!

It was so much easier to search and buy initially, when the app was just out.. since the upgrade, the app is slower and not so user friendly

App is terrible, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I can't delete cards in my account. When I search, it just freezes then says loading when I finally get out of it. Then after that it opened up a million tabs for the search I tried. Not user friendly and does not work properly at all.

This app is useless. I had to re-enter my valid CC info because I kept receiving an error. Once I completed that, it repeatedly told me the GC in my cart was no longer available. Why does it 'reserve' it for 5 min if it's not going to keep it there to process? I cleared it out of my cart and immediately went to site where...it is no longer there. What gives?!
Doesn't work on 3 devices.
CONSUMER FOUNDATION
Logged onto computer to use account that hasn't been used. Site states to change password. I comply but says current password is wrong. After multiple tries, I click forgot password. After clicking on email to reset password, link takes me back to same screen to change password. Same screen meaning the screen that wants my old password. Obviously unable to reset from phone, computer, or iPad. I, then download app and log in. This time, can't add anything to cart. I close app and reopen only to find a blank screen with a circling loading. Don't bother if you have been with raise for a while and forgot password. Needs competent employee and execs to fix before I return and become a customer. Best
App is fine but 2 of 3 cards I've purchased were stolen cards!

The app works fine… However, I purchased three cards since downloading the app and two of the three cards were stolen cards. To their credit, Raise made good on the first stolen card but because I hadn't used the second card in a year before discovering it was no good, their one-year guarantee had expired. This is a great concept, but for me, has been more trouble than the savings are worth.
Terrible update. Unwanted redesign.

The app is now "fixed" as you can sort by savings, card value, or card cost. I still think it's uglier than the old version and it was a big waste of time to take away tons of features just to slowly add them back.
