I am a coupon and saving queen! Also an entrepreneur Who helps people make money #Cre8tiveSouls - Raise saved me at least $600 In a year! Silly not to use it just my personal opinion! I mean if you don’t like save money or make money then of course don’t use it but if you do then I think the answer simple!

I love Raise and use it a lot. Recently I had an issue applying promo codes. I also was getting an error when going through the App to make email contact. Hopefully developers will take a look for the next update.

I have been unsuccessful in logging in via the app with my ymail email. I have to log in via the website which defeats the purpose of having the app.

First time buyer better call them to verify your identity or you will be canceled then you will be talking to them and get asked questions about half hour like me. Second time, the order just process forever when you really need it, you can't have it. When you trying to cancel it because you can't wait forever at the store or in front of a computer screen.... When you try to call, but it's night hours, no one is picking up the phone at all. And the policy says once you see the serial number, idk if that's the code of the card Number, you can't cancel the order. So the moment I paid with my credit card, I see the number in my app, but I don't have a freaking code to use, guess I can't be refunded ? When you were trying to save about 5%, and you end up put your cash into gift card that you have to spend in 1 year, well played... Edit: I called next morning, and they refunded me the money. I understand they have to be very careful and having real person to approve deals whenever the number is big. Compare to other gift card company this one do have excellent customer service answering phone within minutes, that's definitely hard to find in this industry. Hope to see some features: Allow people to deposit money into the App with bank account ACH for instant approval
