I got scammed...

On Sep10th, I brought a $25 starbucks gift card on this app. However, when I redeemed this card on my starbucks app, it shown that it only had $19.33 left. I sent an email to Raise support right away, asking for a $6 refund. After 2 days of waiting, they denied my request. They said that it might be my starbucks problem and it's definitely not their problem... I feel I got scammed. I will never use this app again and I want to warn anyone who was planning to download/use this app. Don't risk your money with Raise.

Just downloaded it and can not even add PayPal as payment every time i click i get a instant crash of app most likely caused from the new ios update that is causing bugs
Card didn't work & crappy service

On my very first card purchase of $50 I took it to Walmart and the cashier and the store manage worked for over 20 minutes to try to get the card to work as everyone in line waited. I was so embarrassed that I held everyone up. Finally I said I'll just pay for it. The manager then said she would go ahead and give me a regular gift card for my trouble. This took another 15 minutes at customer service. I emailed Raise and told them about all the problems I had and ask why I was having so much trouble. Someone emailed back the next day and said my card had been paid and it wasn't there problem. I won't use there service again! I tried to save a dollar and I ended up paying twice as much for my purchase and a gift card I'll have to use later. Plus it wasted all my time. And to top it off I felt customer service didn't care about my problem because they had already gotten my money.
Cannot login to the App since the last 4-5 updates

I haven’t been able to login to the app since months..Have seen various updates and “Bug fixes” the problem has never been solved!
Scam - do NOT electronically store your gift cards on this app

I used this app to store all of my old gift cards in one place. They updated the app and now all of my gift cards are gone. I can't find them anywhere on the new format. I've emailed over a dozen times (the only way to contact them) and have had nothing but an automated response. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of cards. They say that this app is to securely store your current gift cards but in reality it's just a marketplace to buy and sell gift cards. I'm missing hundreds of dollars worth of store credits and I am deeply upset that they are all gone. Do NOT use this app to electronically store your gift cards.

I’ve been using this app for just over 2 years and have saved over $600 with it! I’m still getting used to the latest interface but it seems they are moving more forward than backwards. I’d love the ability to share a gift card with another Raise user. Keep the updates coming!

After I received a gift card in the mail that wasn’t valid at Sephora, they gave me the run around and told me to mail it back. They never kept their promise to mail me return label and ultimately I am out 40 dollars. Poor business management and do not honor their business promises. Don’t make the mistake I did.
