Apple Pay does not work

For some reason, the Raise app will not let me check out with Apple Pay. I keep getting an error that my Billing address is incorrect, when it is, in fact, correct. I even confirmed this with my bank! Of course, Raise does not provide after-hours support so I am SOL.
Wouldn't have ordered if I had known

I did not know that the cards had to be shipped to you! I thought it was online codes so you could shop anytime anywhere. So now I get to wait 1-2 weeks for the card.
Promo value too late
