Can’t even login

Downloaded the app and it won’t even let me log in. Incredibly frustrating.

Big bug: after you purchasing a eGC, you have to repeatedly exiting out the app and re-launch to see if the GC is shown on your wallet. This happens when you receive the delivery email notification. Ive been using this app since 2013 so I can easily tell if something is malfunction Ps the customer service and the new app are getting worser.

What a bummer. It used to be awesome.

Gettin Lost Forever Son.

This app used to be great. The interface was awesome. I saved tons of money. Now, it’s horrible. I’ve never seen an app digress so Much. It interface is less intuitive, actually confusing. And all my payment methods are gone. When I try to use PayPal, I am forced to wait, and then it says it failed. I’ve spent the last thirty minutes trying to pay to no avail. Really disappointed. Enough to take the time to write a long, negative review. ???‍♂️

Almost every time I have purchased a card it took forever because it kept having problems connecting. Even if I had almost full service and/or was connected to wifi. Also is really inconvenient to have to go to the actual website to update certain pieces of information.

Worst Upgrade

Something happened with the newer versions of Raise app. I’m not even able to login to my account. It keeps on asking me the password after entering the login id and password.

I have used this app to purchase gift cards several times and enjoyed the discounts. Lately, I haven’t been able to find discounts worth the trouble of ordering a card. Used to be able to find 20-25% off at stores I enjoy but for the last 6 mos or so, I’m lucky to find 5% off. Definitely not worth the risk for a few pennies.

Phone verification not working

Text verification isn't working, and it took HOURS for the codes to be texted (I pressed the button multiple times when I requested), resulting in DOZENS of code texts. There aren't any alternative verification methods, and now the app wouldn't proceed with the code entered.

I purchased many gift cards through this app, The second there was a wrongful purchase i contacted them and they were no help AT ALL! shipping was wrong, the purchase was wrong and all they can tell me is sorry. NEVER using this app again! You guys are all about money! DONT GET THIS APP!
