If they think you are creating multiple Accounts they will delete your accounts. Someone has the same name as me And they removed my Account.

Can’t use Apple Pay

When I checkout with Apple Pay, the transaction goes through. A few minutes later order is cancelled and my account gets suspended for “security” reasons.

I have two issues with this app. The first is that whenever I try using a promo code at checkout it DOESN’T work. I get a message saying “sorry we’re having trouble connecting right now”. Every time. It works when I go through the website, but not the app. Second, it’s set up so you don’t see promo savings until AFTER checkout. Um, no. I don’t trust the often not working app to give me a discount I can’t see until after I’ve made my purchase. I gave it two stars because it’s a good way to save and use the cards that I purchase through the website, but that’s all it is, is storage.

I love this app but why do we have to wait to see the promo code kick in our receipt and not in our carts like before?

Cannot Use Apple Pay

I was trying to place an order by using Apple Pay in the app. But I cannot go through it as it was complaining about the incorrect billing address. I can use Apple Pay successfully in other apps. I also checked with Apple and my bank and they are all good. I tried to contact raise support but they couldn’t help at all.

Why does the app kick me to the Website?

I’m trying to sell a card and once I select “Sell a Card” in the app, Safari launches then asking me to install the app. I tried using Safari to complete my profile and add a card but only received errors or non-response on the website. It seems like the app would be used for this action. Maybe a popup blocker that I have on Safari interferes, but that is also why it makes more sense to keep users in the app.

They had a 10% promo code today so I signed up for the first time. I bought a $100.00 gift card with the promotion to give it a try. Worked perfectly. I was cautious about it which is why I only did $100.00. Wish it wasn’t a one time promo code for the 10% because I would get a lot more!

Inevitably you will have cards that don’t work. I’d say around 10%. But each time, the Raise staff has been prompt and friendly about returning your purchase. As long as that customer service continues, it’s a very good app.
