Tired of the silence
***Update*** I took a chance and deleted app and reinstalled.....works great again. Changed from 1 Star to 4 star review. Still best app as far as gas stations go. /////. I am writing this review as a request for the developer to respond to the known issue of the app not working. It’s been this way for at least a week, I believe since latest update. I have noticed numerous responses to reviews by developer and wonder why there is not information for us to expect the app to be fixed. As a valued consumer who has had this app since it was created I have seen issues but they were fixed fairly quickly but this one is crazy. My app opens and just spins as if loading for ever. Never fully loads. Making it useless. Please fix or respond. If not my 1 star rating will stay and u will loose a faithful customer.

Since beginning of the year the app works only when you are far away from Gad station, most of the times not even, just keeps spinning forever loading..........

Keep getting “A failure occurred” with “Loading” running continually. Third rate app a beginner could have done better.Useless.

This app is a joke. Funny how it always crashes when you are in one of their stores??? On the rare occasions that it works the employees don’t know how to use it. Have lost a ton of points. Going to delete this one!!!
Updates aren’t improving

App used to work okay for my iPhone (although my husband’s android struggled). Now the app opens and the spinning “loading” circle stays on the screen forever. Can’t access my points or coupons. This is an excellent rewards app in theory but worthless if it won’t open!!!

I’m at Sultan level... I go there everyday and have earned my points...But as soon as I get the the level where I can enjoy the benefits it quits working. When I log in it just continues to load FOR DAYS... I can’t use the app at all.

They couldn’t be any stingier with the rewards. I’ve spent $90 on gas since I’ve gotten the app and I’m 3/4 of the way to earning a single chocolate chip cookie. Thanks for the crumbs, corporate overlords, I’m sure you aren’t making any money off of my personal information.
