**update**. Deleted and readded the app and it no longer spins and says Loading. For at least the last 4 days the app won’t open and just says loading. Attendants in store aware but they weren’t aware of a pending resolution .
Not working - don’t download

I’m at RaceTrac a lot and finally remembered to download the app. I finally just deleted it. I’ve signed up and never rcvd an email confirming so I tried logging in via Facebook and still nothing. It attempts to log in for about 5 seconds then it’s back to the sign in screen. No mention of a bad user email or password. Just a waste.

I’ve been using this app for 4 years now, it’s hasn’t been working the last 5 months.... get your act together and fix this app.

Complete inconvenience waiting at the register for your coupons to load. The app is almost always having a technical issue. It has been years!!! The app should be in tip top shape by now. Do better, Racetrac!

This app never works. Learn from QT and put together something that works. It looks like a Beta testing app or like someone created in their bedroom.

When my free fountain drink coupon is actually available it’s great. Most of the time it’s not available to use.

I see a lot of reviews about the Sultan of Soda tier. You don’t need the coupon, just scan your barcode and you’re good to go. Word to the wise though, it’s on a 24 hour basis. If you scan at 4:59am today, you can’t scan until 5am tomorrow for your “free fountain drink”. I hope that helps, there’s a lot of low ratings because people don’t understand that part. And to good measure, it’s not blatantly obvious. I learned about it from the stores I go to. The managers helped me with the info. I also see complaints about it not working inside the store when you try to add coupons / claim points. There is an easy work around for that.. just save your claims before you go inside. Thank me later. Recently, I’ve had issues with the app. I deleted it, and reinstalled it, and it’s working better than ever. Good app. Could be better. But I’m thankful. Have a great day.

App was working great, then all of a sudden. I can’t use my points. Then after an update the app won’t even load, and I can’t use my points. So glad I go out of my way to come to a RaceTrac in the morning. Continues to disappoint. 7-eleven doesn’t even have an app and I already have more respect. Get it together!!

The only thing the points are for is one or two items no one wants. You can’t use them for what you want.
