Can’t get past email verification purgatory

I stop at RaceTrac on occasion to fill up. Maybe $50-100 per month. So, why not get the loyalty program? Well, here we go... Cashier says no cards anymore, get the app. Cool, I like progress. So I do the download (app is low rated, but MMMV). I create an account. App tells me to check email for verification step. Email comes. I click link. Link goes to web and asks permission to open the app. Yes, I say, you may open the app. App opens. Doesn’t let me in. If I try the create account again, app says link already active. If I try “forgot password” link in app it says my email does not exit. Rinse, repeat. And I don’t see any way to contact support about this. I’m out and heading to the QT which a little less convenient for me but nicer, actually. They can have my $100 until you fix your no good, very bad app. And an apology for everyone’s frustration and wasted time, even if the app happens to “work” (just read the reviews, RaceTrac).
Using iPhone 7plus is garbage

It doesn’t work at all. They sent me an email to finish registration process by it doesn’t work and I have re-downloaded the app and it still doesn’t even let me signup and log in

It never works. Every time I try to open it says Awkward something isn’t working. Can’t redeem free drinks, can’t access the points. Why should I buy your gas?

Email link after making up a sign in is bad. Making this experience a major trash tour and waste of time. Tried more than once. I have an iPhone 7 Plus updated with the newest update. So I don’t understand the issue.
It doesn’t work anymore

This app used to be amazing. Someway, somehow it stopped working. I pump gas at RT at least twice a week and it stopped loading my point since November last year. I have points that I can’t use because I get an error message. I guess it’s time to find a new rewards program somewhere else. It’s a shame the customer service for RT can’t address this situation.

This is the worse app associated with a business! It’s unbelievable. I reported errors to them and they responded Yes, we’re working on the glitches!!!
Account not credited

Yesterday i purchased gas at RaceTrac. Despite typing in my info at the pump so I would receive credit on my account, I received no credit for my purchase. This is not the first time I have encountered problems with my purchases at the pump not showing up on my account. I can get gas cheaper at SAMS Club but buy it at RaceTrac to get account credit but getting frustrated with recurring problems at RaceTrac.
