Your Password rules are ridiculous

This is a rewards app, not my bank account! Why so complicated? My bank account has had the same simple ten digit lowercase alphanumeric password for 15 years. No one wants to steal my coupons. I’m uninstalling your app and going to CircleK for a fill up and a PolarPop. Maybe I’ll try again in a few months. Maybe by then you’ll make your password requirements more realistic. Ugh!
Sultan w/o Soda

I reached Sultan of Soda 3 days ago, but I haven’t gotten any coupons for a free drink everyday. I deleted the app and downloaded it again 3 times but to no avail.

Way to put an update out there without testing it out.... when you open the app it prompts you to sign in and every time you hit cancel or sign in it continually pops up!!!! You can’t even exit the app because it doesn’t give you an option.. so annoying!!!
iPhone 8 users beware!

I LOVE RaceTrac and I used to love the app. I was really excited for the latest update but it completely froze my phone. I had to restart it and it froze it again. The app does not work for my phone. I have the iPhone 8 so beware before downloading the latest update.
Waste of my time

I got this app about 2 months ago and maybe 2 weeks ago the app began crashing and wouldn’t let me log in but i thought no big deal since it will get fixed and i can still earn my points anyway. Turns out not only did i not gain points during those two weeks the app wasn’t working, i lost ALL my points. I was almost to the third tier and now i have ZERO points. And during the time where i was able to redeem my free coffee, the app claimed i didn’t have the points when i clearly did. Thankfully the cashier could see the amount of points i had and gave me my coffee anyway but this app is complete trash. Don’t waste your time because it wouldn’t surprise me if my points disappear again.

The app updated last night and now it won’t let me log in at all. It is stuck in an infinite loop of asking me to sign in with Facebook.

App throws a box asking to sign in with Facebook that cannot be dismissed. Totally useless.

Haven’t had the login issues with the newest update, but lost almost all my points. Instead of about 20 away from Sultan, now 1700 away because I used the rewards which never counted against you before. Where did the points go?
