Have a fair amount of points on my account and now can’t access them, I just get Invalid Token when I try to login even after reinstalling the app

I have had problems with this app for over 3 months now! It doesn’t apply my discounts for cigarettes. I have troubleshooted with Corporate on several occasions & promised resolution to no avail. Numerous calls & emails to Corporate Service & still not resolved. Very Disappointed!
Forever loading app

I have been trying to open the app to check my rewards and coupons... its been loading for 30min. Its not my network, I have full 5g connectivity! There always seems to be a problem with this app, I’m so over it.
RaceTrac rewards app

My app worked fine for two months but now it won’t open. Just says loading but never loads. I can’t even redo the app cause the App Store only gives the option to open not start over. Please help.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this app, but, after restoring the RaceTrac app, it keeps showing the buffer wheel of death. Please fix. This app works much smoother on Android.

I can’t even get in the app it just spins. But I can tell it’s not adding my points. I go to RaceTrac at least 3-4 times a day and use my phone number for every transaction and my points don’t change. Something has to be done!!!

I’ve reinstalled, talked to customer service and done everything I can. It hasn’t worked in 5 months but I still shop at RaceTrac and use my number in the hopes I’ll get access to my points again. A lot of free stuff for no one. Log in screen just a spins
