Where did my points go?

Have had the app since it’s inception. It’s been pretty good, updates every week were helpful. But with this latest update, ALL my points are GONE! Everything I’ve worked so hard for (Prince of Pastry) wiped out! That’s just SO wrong!!!!! First you take away Sodapalooza and now this! I think your marketing team needs to get their act together!!!! UPDATE: Another update and once again all my info is wiped out. I guess this is just their way of not giving rewards.

The new design is much more intuitive. I am excited for all the great coupons and deals and the ability to earn points to spend on some of my favorite products. The ability to share a coupon with a friend is pretty cool too.

After I was finally able to get the previous version working, you guys screwed it up again and now I can't log in at all and I have to restart my phone to close the app, this is getting ridiculous.

I setup my old email again but lost all my credits. Please fix. Since corrected. I originally set my account up using FB so that’s why I couldn’t log in under my email. If this happens just click the FB logo and go from there. New update 6/20/18 fixed it.

This update of the app crashes my phone before I log in! It won’t connect to my Facebook now!!! I use this app everyday and now I can’t because of the update.

Before the latest update, I was 90% of the way from Prince to King. Now, I am only 50% of the way there. The system seems to act as if my available points were the only ones I had ever earned, or they just moved the goalpost. Either way, it’s discouraging.

Before this update everything was great. I can redeem my points for items and save them for when I wanted to use them. I redeemed some points thinking it was going to save and nothing happened, I lost my points and no coupon. Thanks

UPDATE: I reached out to customer support and they fixed the problem after the update for me. Very happy with the new look, definitely improving! So you guys updated the app and it looks much nicer. However, I’ve lost my status to Sultan level. NO GOOD!!!! Didn’t lose points, but status. Not cool.

I just want to pump gas, not play with pump. Cannot activate the app on my iPad. Can’t even find it on the APP store. You have great coffee though...
