App won’t reload card

I have been trying for weeks to reload the racetrack app with funds with no luck. Tried on both iPhone and Android , and used multiple CC’s. Emailed help desk several times, no response.
Won’t let me log in

I used to use this to get rewards and for some reason it logged me out and now it won’t let me log in. Guess I’ll stop getting gas here since I can’t see my account
Not able to redeem points

I’ve changed my review multiple times over the past few years between “I can’t log in since the latest update” to “it’s working again now.” Take that how you will.

I just downloaded your Racetrac app, terrible, basic 1.0. What don’t you show all gas prices?? I’m looking for ethanol free for my boat, but your app only shows regular and diesel. It’s totally useless. Copy Wawa’s app and make it better..

The app is crashing when opening for a few days now. Deleted and reinstalled and it worked once before crashing again. RaceTrac always has had good people behind the counter. But other places have cheaper options if you can’t used the app coupons.
WoW and not in a good way

I downloaded this app a few days ago. I have filled my tank with gas twice already and no points. I was gifted coupons and they showed up for a day and disappeared. I’ve written you twice with no response neither time. This app is a waste of time.
Can’t sign in

This app is horrible. It worked great for a month, then it required me to sign in one day out of the blue and says I have no internet connection when I obviously have an internet connection. Junk.
Don’t Bother with the Rewards, They’re Worthless

You will just download this app and spend three years buying gas from this company, earning points and rewards only for them to tell you you can’t have them when you get them. They can never access the rewards you have earned at the register, making them all worthless. They then want you to pay for stuff that should be free, and tell you to contact customer service because there is nothing they can do. When you do contact them, they give you fixes that don’t fix anything. Save your time and you money and go to QT where they know how to treat their customers.
