Can’t use

I tried signing up today but never got the verification in my email to complete the setup. You guys sent it twice but nothing.... will update my rating someone solves this issue for me.

I get my weekly coffee/drink coupon every week, but the coupon section does not refresh or update. For the past 2-3 months the only thing that has been showing up is the red screens saying coupons will be uploaded or check back

When I first got this app was full of coupons, 2-for-1 offers and levels to aspire to. For MONTHS now the coupon bank is completely empty, never updated. And the higher point levels are all blank and locked...probably because the rewards have been removed and the best you can hope for is a hot dog or a cookie (!!!). Seems to have been abandoned by RaceTrac. I continue to earn points, but there’s nothing to spend them on. Another annoying quirk — the app does not detect when you are at a RaceTrac location and instead insists that the closest RaceTrac is several miles from where you actually are. Ya’ll wrong for this!

I love RaceTrac’s coffee! That being said, the app is a nice bonus, but I can see why so many are frustrated with it. I will go weeks without a single coupon showing up, then all of a sudden I have a couple that won’t go away. They will say “expiring tomorrow” for a week or more. The timing of the monthly and weekly free drinks seems tied to when you use the previous one. So if I don’t use my monthly free coupon until 3 weeks after I get it, I don’t seem to get another one for 3-4 weeks. Shouldn’t weekly coupons be issued every Monday at midnight and monthly ones on the 1st of every month??

I like this app, except I don’t know my coupons I get. I have 2 days to go before it expires. How do I know a head of time what will it be. Last year, I could see the coupons for what they are, so I can be prepared which one I can redeem. On the new version of your app, it says I have to go to the store and have it scan to tell me what it is. (What is this, Secret Santa?). I will have to wait in line, every time I want to see my coupons? This is ridiculous! Please fix this secret, and make it so everyone will see what they have for coupons, thank you.

I have more than 4000 points..I went into station to get my AM Coffee and when I opened it up the App signed me out and when I tried to sign back in it would not allow me too so I thought I put in wrong password. so i hit forgot password and it said I need to put in my email address so I did that so when I did that it said I did not have a valid email address( but it was ) so I tried to sign up to see what happened I put my email addresses in and it said this email was already in the(Paraphrasing) system. So it has been 4 days and I cannot still sign in.

I’ve had the same problems as some of the reviews where I’m supposed to be getting a free coffee every week and it just never works, also I switched phones and when I logged back in I lost all of my points.. I cannot get all of my points back...

Reached sultan level. Haven’t seen any good coupons or rewards in months. Dev team certainly slacks on this app. Will start fueling up with shell to get their rewards instead... RT could have atleast left the rewards for the surveys on the receipts.

So once you start accumulating points they quickly expire. Then trying to redeem them is a challenge. You get a lot of “not that cookie”, not that candy bar, it’s like a bad Steve Martin movie. Anything on this wall except all the stuff above to the top, right and below... not worth the time. Why not flag redeemable products with a little gold star on the shelf.
