Since the app has come out it has been plagued with problems. When you get your coupons ( I have over 8000 points ) you are in a guessing game as to will it still be on your phone when you get there. I have called numerous times with promises that it is being fixed any day. This is a family owned company and they will not return calls. The app developers must be related to them since no business in its right mind would continue to have so many problems for almost 2 years.

Update: still doesn't work. I don't have my barcode saved anywhere so can't access it. One drink coupon already expired. Thanks App won't open at all now. Constantly crashes. I can't get in at all. Ugh I had Rewards on there. It just gets worse with each update.

I opened your email to update My app tried to do it. Went to Apple Store clicked on open and got no coupon for hot dog and drink. So what was I supposed to do? I don't know how else to respond and react to your email. I find it irritating when I get an offer and it does not happen.i don't know where the problem is but it was involved with your app. I do like this app and you have been generous with your Wintastic promotion. I am confused with the free coffee. I don't get it at the same time each day and have lost some I expected to use. I suggest they last to and renew each day at midnight . We will all know the rules and it will end the irritation of not getting what has been promised. If you have a better idea I am good with that too.

I attempted to signed up without FB - with FB.. then when it ask me to enter my phone number the system puts up an error message “JSON could not be serialized”... data not in the correct format. Really? It’s a phone number that automatically puts in the format as I type it. FIX IT PLEASE!

The app is AMAZING!!!!! Or at least it was when it worked. I had a iPhone 5C and the update worked fine for about a week or two. Now if I try to open it, it acts like it is going to open but then goes away. I tried re downloading it several times, restarted my phone several time and it still doesn't work. I still get my free drink using my phone number; however, I can't use any of my coupons
