Waste of time

I have multiple vehicles that drive over 1000 a week and I tell them to use RaceTrac. Wayward is a block away. I have wasted so much time trying to get my app to work that I am switching brands. So many stores do even give points unless you go inside and pay first. Another waste of time. See ya RaceTrac and hello to someone else.
Awkward error

Used to work great. I’ve done the updates deleted and reinstalled the app. Every time I login and try to do anything it just says “this is awkward”
Update is STILL not working

The gift card reload is still not working...it says “unable to create gift card” when I try to reload. I called customer service when the new update came out and they said you would have it fixed in a week. Sadly, it’s still not working. Okay, not fond of this update. It won’t even recognize my gift card, keeps telling me “oops we don’t recognize that number check your numbers and try again”....which I did like a million times! The only way I pay is via the gift card and I reload it via the app! ?
Tells me coupons are already added

But what coupons??? Before the app update, I could see WHAT coupons are available. Also, I see the expiration date is same day no matter what day I go in. Useless marketing ploy in my opinion. Do coupons for a week at a time or a month with maybe multiple uses. Or don’t put an expiration date on it at all...
Completely broken now

App won't open at all now. Constantly crashes. I can't get in at all. Ugh I had Rewards on there. It just gets worse with each update.

Until the most recent updates, I never had problems with the app opening. Now it won't even open. Love it when the updates break what wasn't broken.

Newest update has locked out my iPhone five. Cannot open this app at all. I am at the highest reward level and cannot access anything. Help would be great.
App is Still Crap

The app still does not open. This is ridiculous. Why does racetrac even bother? 7-11 will get my business until the racetrac app will open, at least 7-11's app works and it's reward program works.
