No Access to App account

Having issues now with logging into my order status on the app had locked in my password but now even after reseting it, it will not accept it,stating that my access is denied do not know what I going on with QVC now nothing is the same as before no good customer service

This last update broke the app. When I try to sign in to view orders through the account or orders link, it says access denied. So I deleted the app and downloaded again. Sometimes now I can log in through the account link, sometimes I get the same message. I still can’t sign in through the orders link. I can access the account through the website though.

For two days now I’ve not been able to log in because I get the message “Access Denied” and something to the effect that it’s not available on this server. It was working fine until now. Between slow shipping even for the pandemic and this, I’m considering canceling my QVC membership.

Continuously says that there is no one internet connection on iPhone. Hasn’t worked right in weeks. Works ok on iPad but not on iPhone 11. Why?

Normally I love the App, I’ve done all my shopping from my iPhone but the past few weeks it hasn’t worked. Keeps telling me I have no interest connection when I do. I’ve deleted the App and reinstalled it, still not working. My iOS recently updated 13.6, could that be why it’s no longer working? Please fix this as I know it’s not my phone!

This app is loaded with bugs which appeared about 2 months ago. Sometimes it tells me that I’m not connected to the Internet or that I’m in airplane mode. Neither is true. The Q has lost a lot of sales from me. After more than two decades I’m about to quite the Q altogether
