Canceled my order and still haven’t gotten my money back

App not working

Not sure what has changed, but the app is not working properly, on all my devices. It only part way loads every time I try to use it. There is absolutely no way I can order on line with the app not functioning. Please fix it!!!

The app is a mess. What happened? Buying Christmas gifts, had them in my cart went to pay had an error message and it told me to call. The qvc updates are a mess. Wish I could show you the app photo. It’s a white square with what looks like a circle with wires in it.

Tried to by an egg cooker I saw just now. Get to checkout and get an error “something went wrong” and my only option is to call. In 2020 call? I tried to sign up separately same error. Jumped on Amazon and doing a similar product same price. First time trying to buy from QVC...back to Amazon I go...womp womp.

The latest update does not give the option to search by show so if u miss a program u can’t go back & check anything. Very disappointing. Other wise the app is great!

The advertisement for product clearly stated repeatedly “FREE SHIPPING” if ordered by end of designated Black Friday weekend. When I reviewed order I was charged $17.00 for shipping & the response was a feckless, nefarious “that promotion was old. Then why would QVC still be running it yet not honor it’s free shipping agreement. Last time for this vendor.

I will never recommend this company to anyone! I ordered a Camera twice they canceled it without notifying me through email or phone call that it was not coming thankfully I decided to check on it myself to find this out

This company is literally here to borrow your money for a few days. I made an order twice and the lady said I didn’t put my email so they canceled and made me wait over 5 business days to receive my funds which is funny cause i received confirmation on the email I absolutely did supply. Now the second time I ordered, I made an account and everything with them so they couldn’t use the same excuse and they still canceled the order, went so far as to delete my account without refunding me. When I tried to get in I had to make a new account with the email I already used which I didn’t cause what company does that without returning your money. Its like a scam with these people. It’s always an issue trying to get your funds back and the representatives are horrible. They’ll say they sent a note to your bank so they can drop the processed charged and they dont. Contacted my bank and all and verified they didn’t send anything.. beware if you order you won’t receive your items and you may have to deal with back to back calls to they’re customer service just to get back and on top of that you have to wait possible 7-10 business days just to get get your funds back. Horrible company.
