QVC used to be Quality, value, convenience, but those days are long gone. Now the quality of products are shoddy. Value? No, everything is overpriced. They charge outrageous shipping rates and then it takes 7 days for them to ship order then another 7-10 days to receive order. Think twice, three times before purchasing anything from QVC.

One way please
Please post from where the items are being imported.—the materials/ parts & actual manufacturing facilities. While I am interested in purchasing an item and other items from your app, I’d like to know from where they are imported. The description, “Imported,” isn’t good enough. I don’t want to be disappointed and have to return any item. Thank you.

Been with QVC. Efore it was called QVC. The biggest problem which is huge is that many items I click on….perhaps to ORDER, flashes the item, then goes to a pure text page with NO images, NO way to ORDER! You see a brief glimpse of the item you clicked on to look at…then white page overtakes with just text, and no way to order if you wanted to. What the heck ? I considered trying the other app for ipad, but figure it will be the same, and the reviews fornthat were not great. QVC has been sliding downhill for years—sorry to say because I used to tout them for years, but cannot recommend to anyone now without warning first. But this app does Nothing to help buyer OR QVC, so get your act together please.

They take money off my card and canceled my order then canceled my account with no emails or anything I called the first time and she said 3-5 business days it’s been 7 business days and still nothing now I call back again today and now all of ah sudden my account is closed and now it can take up to 7-10 business days this app is a complete rip off if my money is not back on my card by Monday the 24th I will be getting my lawyers involved thank you for reading avoid downloading this app

3/16/20 The app is a good app. It’s better on iphone tha ipad because I can zoom in on photos. I can’t on ipad for some reason. Writing reviews has been an issue. Proof reading shows only a few lines (2-4). This may be why a lot of reviews get cut off mid sentence. I am forced to go to a computer to do them so I do fewer. Maybe that is the intent. 11/1/2019 Not sure if it’s the app or the fact I have a delayed item. When I go to accounts or order status via this app, I see a message saying “sorry your item is delayed, which is nice, but then I get no functionality. I can’t see account details, can’t search items, they are just blank except for the message.I have to go to a web btowser to access that ingo. Previous: Not a fan of the redesign. You seem to be hiding ‘on recently’ & the scroll wheel to pick a show is horrible. Lots of reloading every time you stop part way because there are too many shows to scroll through. The drop down list was way better. Still haven’t fixed sign in issues. It doesn’t always bring up the fingerprint or cached password to sign in. I find going back & forth it usually gets it eventually. And for some reason every time I try to purchase it wants my security code again. This doesn’t happen on my iPad or web browser (or the old version if this phone app)! I just end up not buying stuff if I’m not near one of those other methods.

This app is very convenient for shopping and reviewing items that were shown on air recently. BUT, earlier this week I upgraded my iPhone from a 5 SE to XI (11). Now, for 3 days this app is not opening. It tries but the taps out. What can I do?

App shuts down other app

For the last 3 months, when I open the QVC app it closes down or mutes any other app I am listening to i.e., Pandora, podcasts, SiriusXM. I have provided feedback for 2 months, each time I’m told QVC will “look into it”. I’m a loyal customer for over 25 years and this is by far the most frustrating issue. I have an iPhone XR and all software is up to date including the last QVC update that did not fix it.
