Can’t open the App at all!

Stopped working properly three weeks ago. Delete, Add, check operating system, delete and reopen QVC account. Nothing works and QVC and Apple just tell you to do same thing over and over and it doesn’t work.


Latest update has problems

Usually updates are fine, fix problems that I have not experienced. This time it CREATED problems. Removed and reinstalled 4 time. No easy contact process so hopefully so reads this and fixes it.


Update not good

This was the perfect app until the last update. Now it crashes 80% of the time I use it. I deleted and re-downloaded it but it didn’t help. Hope it’s fixed soon.

The authentication via checkout on this app is designed like garbage! There’s so many issues when trying to check out with this app. I’ve had to create different accounts. Each time I try to reuse an email address to log in, it gives me an error & tells me to call in. Then when I get past that after 7-10 attempts, PayPal integration won’t work, gives an error & says “call us”. There’s no integration with iOS to pull credit card info. I’ve had this issue ongoing for at least a year. Like so many others, I’m NOT calling in & have walked away from so many attempts to purchase products. QVC is literally losing money from using developers that don’t have experience in authentication & e-commerce apps.

I have been a customer for more than 25 years and shop routinely. This new version of the iPhone app does not recognize my email or give access to my account. VERY FRUSTRATING. It’s time to Christmas shop and I’m being shut out. Have worked with two different customer service reps to no avail. Top that off with, “I’ll put a ticket in for you but NO they won’t get back to you to let you know it’s fixed.” Maybe I’ll just shop elsewhere!


QVC App Still Isn't Working Right!

Why have an "Update" that makes the App on a Iphone worse? Why fix something that originally wasn't broke??? It's a mess...cannot signin, cannot view my stuff purchased...etc. I've been forced to go strictly online to view my account, so much for simplicity and convenience of a App...Its futile! Calling the number with the "Error Message" is a waste of time, nobody who handles Customers knows if it'll ever be fixed or when!

Can’t log into Either QVC.com or the mobile app for past week now, I’ve called every day and they keep telling me they will have it fixed by the next day!! This same issue happened 3 months ago! They have nobody to really assist you- customer service tries to do what they can, but nobody from IT/ Tech support will ever talk to you so that you can explain your outage issues!!?? My case was supposed to be expedited!! Since it’s been down for so long!! But that was 3 days ago and it’s still NOT fixed!!
