Why don’t you quit w/ ALL THESE CONTINUALLY REVIEWING CHANGING YOUR APP... we lose out on products I order because I’m ALWAYS HAVING TO REVIEW MY ACCT. SO I LOSE OUT ON THE PRODUCT I WAS ORDERING. CUZ ITS ALL GONE. GET W/ the program. I’ve been w/ QVC. For 14 years. No way to treat long standing customers. Like we’re being punished for being prompt......

Horrible customer service!! What happened?? How can you allow your staff to talk to customers like they do?? My app don’t work on my iPhone and customer service told me that most people buy a computer and get signed in immediately. WHAT? Then she told me that she does not have time to talk much longer they will cut me off!! My god I wasn’t on with her for 3 minutes. 3x refusal to get me a supervisor. If I could give 0 stars for this app I would. I wanna job there so I can just talk over people and piss them off. Good job Qvc.
Almost Perfect But Video Auto Plays

I tend to do most browsing and decision making in bed while listening to my book on my iPhone. This is how I like to wind down. I love shopping at QVC, but there is one thing I can’t stand, the video auto plays interrupting my book. I know this might not seem like a big deal. But I want to listen to my book and shop. Not listen to the advertisement of the sales pitch. When I find a piece I need or want more info in then I want to press play and was rich the video. I also know that I can press pause. But this causes me the inconvenience of jumping out of the app and into my book app to start my book up again. The cycle repeats itself several times till I just decide to close the QVC app and shop on Amazon. I’ve abandoned carts in QVC because of this. FYI: In my phone settings I have it to where no video should auto play and your video auto plays anyway. Very annoying that you would build your app to over ride my general phone setting preferences.

Difficult to view with visual problems.

The app will not allow me to zoom in to read descriptions. I can’t see important information that would help with purchase decisions. Fortunately I have someone who can help me by reading what I can’t see but it would be nice if I could just zoom in to see what I want to.

Don’t waste your time. These people tried to ruin my credit after taking my money and then deleted my account even though I’d been a great customer of theirs for over 20 years! If you need someone to take your money, put a hold on it and never ship your item then QVC will be happy to help.

I’ve been trying to get the romance heart dishes for 5 years now always end up being to late to get my order in do to waiting on line not waiting bf I decide I’ve waited like a half an hour no I don’t have internet so yes only way is to get on the phone what’s a person do to get what they want ?? Can you give me another number to call to get them??pleace help as I guess I’m always on the back burner with great disappointment
