Still forever waiting on orders -Don’t recommend

The App is Glitchy, I have never been able to use successfully!!!! Can’t get help on the phone. Don’t know where & if I will ever get my orders. This is by far one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. Someone is not answering the phones or monitoring the glitchy app. DON’T RECOMMEND
Dark Mode

Please creat a dark mode option. The app is very white and bright. I understand that the photos of the products need to be white but the rest of the UI could be dark.

I bought a Serra Mattress about 7 or 8 years ago. I have so enjoyed sleeping on it & my daughter loved it too! I had the best service I’ve ever gotten & I’ll never shop a store for one again! I have a bad back & I have been so comfortable ! It’s still in wonderful shape, my 2 cats fight over who gets to sleep with mama every night! Thanks QVC for helping me sleep so soundly!!! If there’s ever another good offer, I want to get my daughter one!

Since I downloaded it and tried purchasing something from this app so I went to put my card information. At first it said it was wrong information and then blocked my account, then a lot of fraud started to happen with my card...like I almost lost 600 dollars from my card.
Shipping times are very dishonest

Ordered a unicorn sprinkler for my daughters 1st birthday back in May. Now her birthday is a week away. Still not even a tracking number. Seems like every time I stray from Amazon it’s a mistake.

During our quarantine for three months we’ve started our house organization and tidying. It’s just me and my hubby purging lots of stuffs and we’ve decided to order new items from QVC for ourselves and for the house what a gr8 accomplishment that we’ve never done b4. Thnx QVC for showing us all the functionality of all your products and most of all the affordability of payments specially during the furloughed seasons caused by this COVID-19. From the bottom of our hearts ?? me and my husband would like to thank all of you @ QVC for keeping us company and making it enjoyable and entertaining. God Bless Y’all and More POWER to QVC.
App doesn’t like Hawaii Addresses

Tried to pay, and put my shipping address with 3 different addresses, through paypal and every time it tells me to please select a different address and remember that qvc will not ship outside us...Hawaii is the 50th state ):

You can definitely find a good sell on qvc whether it’s shoes, make up or holiday decorations. The fact that I can make payments on designer items makes it even better. I like that Qvc is always trying to improve their customer experience and for that I really hope someone reads my review. The app has crashed several times on my phone therefore I have to use my laptop if I want to leave a review. Sometimes the app has crashed at random. Please fix?? I really enjoy shopping through Qvc so I hope someone reads this and fixes the bugs. Overall aside from the app crashing on my phone I really enjoy my online experience and plan to make more purchases in the future.
