Took a long time

To do an order shipped to a different address than billing address. I kept getting hung up on the state selection. Could not select the state I wanted. After using one phone and then another phone and trying multiple time thru the whole process, I finally just barely saw the ‘done’ button. The reason I couldn't see it was that it was white letters on an almost white background!!! I had finally given up when I saw it barely.

I have shopped QVC for awhile now and have been very satisfied with the products I have received there are just 2 items I have not received my refund on that I was suppose to get call backs on haven’t received 1 call yet that’s a little upsetting
