Log In Problems

Logging in to QVC website is no problem. When trying to log into QVC app it takes me to create a new account section instead of taking me to the screen to input my password. Please fix.

Downloaded the app and didnt work right, this company is shady, tried customer service and no help from them, shop somewhere else, bad company!

Tried to purchase an item today would not let me add to cart after several attempts to add to cart and to wishlist signing in and out I continued to get oops something went wrong message normally I’d give this five but it’s impossible how do they expect u to shop with an app that’s so buggy only reason I’m giving it 2 stars when issues are fixed I’ll give it 8 stars

So far, so good with this app except for one problem: I keep trying to set my PIN number, and every time I go to confirm my new PIN number, I always know, that I know, that I got the number right both times, and I keep getting a pop-up saying I entered incorrect information and I have to try again. And I know I have not been making any mistakes with my new PIN number or confirmation of it. Please fix this issue ASAP! Otherwise, again, so far, so good. Thank you.
QVC APP Issues

The QVC APP has some serious issues. After Zi have logged in to make purchases about five or six times the app freezes and will not permit me to log on again. At the suggestion of customer service, I have deleted the app each time and downloaded it again. Unfortunately, the same freezing keeps occurring after logging in another five or six times. I have repeated this process at least four times in the past few weeks and it has gotten to the point of frustration. Please fix the bugs!
Functionality failing

This is a great app from a shopping standpoint. However, the Auto Delivery feature no longer works (I have tried on my phone, iPad, and three separate PC’s; even had a friend try on my behalf) and no response. Now the Search feature is no longer working. What’s up?
