I use this almost daily. Twice now, it has frozen on the login to view my orders. Had to delete and redownload. Will you please fix this issue?


Taking your money without you knowing

I’m DONE with qvc they have taken my money TWICE without telling me or MY PERMISSION!! I was paying my payments well and they somehow managed to make my payments automatic and I don’t do automatic! So beware! And they also WONT refund the money back to you either..


Crashes last 3 months

I’ve used this app a long time. The last few months it tends to crash when moving things ‘into/out of’ the ‘cart /save for later’ buckets. If you do 2 or 3 in a row. Then the app goes blank & becomes non-responsive for an hour or more. I’ve tried restarting the app & my phone, nothing works. You’ve lost a lot of sales!

The app is ok for some, but on some orders the app gives you once price that it will cost and then your charged differently. When you try to cancel cause you did not agree to pay more, you are informed you can’t cancel, but you can return after receiving and you will get a full refund. Oh yeah you get a full refund then they hit your account multiple times for fees and other stuff. Then to get any refund of that you have to wait but you won’t get back the shipping fees , even though you asked to cancel before it was ever shipped. QVC is a crooked company and find ways to steal money from their customers.


Item never shipped

I ordered a bag on December 9 and it never shipped, it is now February 11. I contacted QVc on two separate occasions and both times I was given a reassuring answer that it would ship within 10 days. This tells me that this is the generic answer that QVC instructs their customer service to tell (lie) to their customers and that they are selling items they do not ever intend to ship.

This app is horrible. One of the worst ever! Most categories you click on only give you the first couple dozen results; and when you change the filtering, it’ll either do the same thing or give you no results at all. It also often gives no results when you click on any of the links to a category. It’s just awful, and there’s no work around this issue except to open up a browser and go that route. But that’s a nightmare in and of itself because if you’re looking down a list of items, each time you click on an item and go back, it sends you back to the top of the results. I guess they’re as awful at web designing as they are in business, especially in sending out items in a timely manner, or in doing exchanges or giving refunds, even though “mail order” is ALL the company does. Don’t bother, folks. With QVC at all. They’re insanely overpriced on proprietary brands, and they sell a whole lot of garbage polyester clothes for ridiculous prices, despite it being the cheapest fabric on the planet. And the most polluting.

Hate it! This had been an easy-to-use app up until the latest updates. I Do Not Want a video to start every time I make a selection! This need to be an option I can turn off. I dislike scrolling for colors and sizes. Look at the HSN app. On it I can see all the colors and available sizes on one screen. Not like this app where I'm scrolling and trying to find a combination that's available. This is now a mess and I hate it! Jul7 update and it's still awful. I'm going to save money because I hardly look at it anymore and I used to look at it several times a day. And make regular purchases. It's weird that QVC would choose to show so few items on their home screen. Moved app off my home screen for first time ever. Nov11 OK don’t look at HSN as a good example. Overall their app is now even worse than QVC’s! Although I do still like their product pages better for viewing available sizes and colors. QVC what happened to the show preview pages? I used to look ahead to see what products would be shown in AM Style and other shows. I can’t find this feature anymore. Mar2021 They removed the New Today section!! Every morning I would look at what was New and sometimes buy right then or come back later to see the video. It was my favorite feature. Now it’s only New This Week and it isn’t even sorted by the newest. I can sort it but at least half the time it doesn’t show any items at all! Or when I access this section it shows 0 items in the top left where it should show the total! Why would you remove something that worked perfectly for years?!? Then I go to this section on the website and it works but if you look at an item and then go back it takes you back to the beginning of the list! This is awful and really any shopping website should know that this is a huge NO! Please bring back the New Today section!!
