Prism is going downhill.

I used Prism for a quite a while. It was great before. Now it is going downhill. Prism suppose to help me pay my bills on time, but now payments are either not going through or it is being submitted with the wrong date so I end up getting late charges. I would go into more details, but its not worth the hassle. I ended up just deleting my account.

Where have you been?

This used to be a great app I have recommended it to many people. It stopped supporting my bank. Then CapitalOne, Spectrum, and T-Mobile all have failed this week. Highly doubt all 3 companies websites went down at once as the app claims. Over the last couple months more and more payments are requiring manual payment directly to the biller. Also caused me to have my first late payment in over 5 years when it failed to update the biller and didn’t display a payment needed. Still my fault, I became too reliant on what was a great app. Guess it’s time to look for a replacement app. Also becoming annoying the app always requesting a “Tip” on a app that is deteriorating in reliability.

Getting Slower and Slower

This used to be a great app. Been using it for years. However, the past year, it’s become unusable. It’s slow to load, slow to perform actions, I have had three bills become late because payments were not processed. Never had that problem before. I get notices every few days that an account needs my attention. Between that, slow performance and not being able to trust it, I now rarely use this app. It seems after they were sold/acquired, it all started happening. A once great app is no more. Use caution.

A little disappointing

This app was impressive at first, I would have given it 5stars...the last 6mos or so it seems like my accounts all get reset or have some sort of issue and no longer link. I’ve tried working with support but it seems like they eventually become unresponsive.

I’ve used prism for as long as I could remember. It’s always been the best way to track and pay my bills. Helped me never miss a payment and keep my credit score at 100% payment history. Thank you Prism team. I’ll do my best to keep donating and I hope you bring night mode to the app.

Such an amazing app

I have tried every bill reminder app on the App Store, seriously. I even deleted and retried a few to make sure I used the one that beat fits my financial goals. This app is literally the only one I could find that does autopay for bills and manages statements all in one place. I heavily used “every dollar” previously and really wanted more of an automated way to manage what was coming in and out, with the flexibility to manually modify as needed. In addition I wanted a central place to manage bills and pay them. I found all of that and more with this app. Great job to the dev team who made this gem!

No longer a great app

This used to be a great app. I’ve been using it for a couple of years without issue. In the last 6 months, they’ve missed 3 mortgage payments and I’m up to 4 billers that they no longer sync with and I have to track outside of the app (which I learned only after receiving a late fee for missing the payment with any alert from Prism). Using this app has become more of a pain (and more stress) than a help as it continues to have more and more issues with billers.

This app WAS great, now there are connectivity issues with most all billers! Manual set up is a pain and connectivity is always a problem. This needs a major overhaul. Currently looking for a new app with reliable data.
