This used to be wonderful and I could pay EVERYTHING whenever I wanted. About three months ago many banks and credit cards changed their policy and are no longer participating or sharing data with outside sources. Walmart, Sychrony bank - which handles most store based credit cards, and PNC have all “increased security” and don’t share information making this app useless. I used to pay ALL my bills through Prism, now I can pay about 4!!! I’ll be deleting this soon because it’s not convenient anymore.

I’ve been using Prism for a few years and it’s been a joy, up until the last year or so (maybe they sold the company?). I have multiple big name billers that have syncing issues and the help department is not helpful whatsoever. The responses I get are usually that they are working on a solution yet month after month these issues don’t get resolved. Instead of a formal message that this app won’t support certain billers now due to outside companies changing their security protocols, I’m just told to make the billers a manual reminder. The whole beauty of the app was that it worked with all of my billers... now State Farm, KeyBank, Capital one and others don’t. Huge let down IMO.

Works well with the banks that it does support but unfortunately no Apple credit card, no Vanguard, Fidelity and onedrive? Hope they update this very soon as the concept is great.

My very first review on any app. I used to love prism. My only bill of many that never worked was marcus. Now its marcus capital one hulu . Im irritated at the lack of timeliness in fixing issues. If you wanted to purchase the company only to trash it. Bravo... you succeeded! Your giving back late fees etc but not correcting problems that cause credit changes. Hard to keep an eye on when your bill is paid then after it would be late you get a notice your payment was canceled. Looking elsewhere. At this point perhaps ill just use my calendar and pay manually!

So tired of my accounts not syncing anymore. Constantly have to go in and reset lync and now my bank account won’t sync at all. I used to swear by this app but it has continually gotten worse. State Farm, Amazon, Kohl’s, Capital One and more no longer sync without intervention. Got a late fee last month on my Capital One because Prism didn’t show a payment due. No good if I have no faith in the accuracy of what the app is telling me meaning I have to go logon to all my creditors anyway.

This “wonderful” app is the best for its “magical” ability to wipe your bill away and keep you happy that you don’t owe anything to your credit card company! Not kidding, try it!!! Of course one day your true joy will be tested when you notice a little red triangle next to your biller in another screen. Your growing curiosity will cause you to click on it and after only about a minute and a half of staring at the two spinning arrows you’ll be graciously notified that your biller has been successfully re-synced and that you’re back on track with a bill that is only “4 days overdue”. Of course this same scenario will repeat the next month to keep you entertained. Also, for the past year the developers are working day and night and “continue resolving connection issues with Capital One System”. We all can’t wait for these issues to be resolved!

Decent app. It’s buggy at times from the onset of my download there’s always been problems with Wells Fargo. I’ve requested it looked into a few times, it works for a bit then stops anything WF related. I rated the app at 4stars it could use a little polishing and a bit more customer service support.
