The app I've been looking for!

Just want to thank the devs for creating this app. Helped me a lot to manage and pay my bills! Thank you thank you thank you!

Great single source of information

Really convenient having all my accounts in one place. Bill pay is very great and payments typically are posted faster than my banks Bill Pay. I do wish they had more options (monthly) on graphs to see longer term balance payoffs. Daily isn’t meaningful on loans in particular.

The best.

I honestly recommend this app all the time. I wish it had the watch app, but that’s my only complaint. Thanks prism!

Love this app

I use this app all the time. It helps me keep everything together and paid on time. I’d be lost without the help of Prism.

Great for organization!

I LOVE prism. I would be lost without it. It’s so convenient I can see all of my bills in one picture. I won’t pay my bills on prism due to the bad feedback so I use my banks bill pay system and mark my bills as paid through the prism app. I love the new statement feature and hope they can get access to my statements through more of my billers. Overall great app! Update: I was skeptical to try paying a bill through prism but it said the payment would more than likely show same day, so I thought what the heck I at Least have to try it. It’s Saturday and my payment showed up on my accounts within 5 minutes. So awesome! Definitely am going to keep using it. I normally am a bill pay fanatic but bill pays take 3-4 days. Prism was almost instant! Keep up the good work!

Never late again!!!

I love this app. All of my bills are paid on time! Even those that are not connected to their service, I make a manual reminder to pay it. Keep up the good work !!

Phone provider

Art.O

There are 3 major phone providers in the US, and somehow T-Mobile.com is not listed??

Quality sharply dropping since sale to Billgo

A couple of years ago Prism used to be THE bill payment app. It was nearly perfect. An app like this is going to experience issues with major billers because large companies continually implement small improvements to security and the Prism dev team has to keep up with those changes. It’s part of the game if you offer an app like this. The problem is prior to the purchase by Billgo, the dev team appeared to focus its attention on the largest (top 100?) billers and quickly resolving any issues that came up with them. Now many, many billers in the top 100 no longer work and there is no ETA in resolution. If you are a typical person with a few accounts with some of the top 100 national billers and many of those accounts don’t work properly with Prism, it significantly reduces the value of the app. I don’t know if Prism’s issues are due to change in ownership and how the company is run or simply due to changes in the continually evolving digital payment arena, or both. It is interesting to note many companies exited the bill management business around the time Prism owners sold the app. If this app is ever going to regain its value and live up to the hype it generated a few years ago the ownership needs to charge a reasonable fee for the service instead of giving it away for free and begging people to use it to pay their bills, use the money to hire more staff, focus on the top national and regional billers, and figure out how to resolve the many outstanding issues with major billers. If Prism management can’t do that it’s days are numbered as it can’t live indefinitely on a reputation from a couple of years ago and people will look for other solutions.

Love, love this app but ONE THING

This has truly helped me become more responsible with seeing a monthly spread out of my bills. This app deserves 5 stars because as a free app, I don’t expect it to do it all for us (as I have read some reviews). But I have noticed that it does not display your bills on the calendar if the due date lands on a weekend. I’m hoping that there is something I can change in settings to update this. If the date happens to be on a weekend it’s not even factored in your monthly expenses, so I would check my account balance through my bank, then check what bills I have remaining and it has effected me(overdraft fees) by that not being accurate. I’m just recognizing this so until there is an update, be mindful of this occurring! thank you Prism team for such a great app!!!

It’s okay

I love this app because it has the most of my billers than all the other apps but it does not update the correct information ASAP. Takes a long time. Only thing I don’t like.
